2nd graders explore and create "Small Moments"
Students in Miss Belokopitsky's 2nd grade class explored stories where authors create "Small Moments." A Small Moment is the way an author crafts their story. They zoom in and stretch out a moment over many pages allowing the reader to visualize the story as it is happening. The students were able to choose a Small Moment that occurred in their life and create it into a book. They then had an Author's Celebration where they presented their books to their parents and classmates.
