Volleyball players raise money for diabetes
September 21, 2009
On Sunday September 20, members of the Varsity girls volleyball team raised money and participated in The 2009 Walk to Cure Diabetes at Corporate Woods in Albany. The Walk draws people together to walk 3.2 miles (5K)for a worthy cause, raising money to help find a cure for diabetes.
Sara Fandl was the top money raiser from the team. Christine, Janitza , Cynthia and Angela also participated. The girls did an awesome job representing their community, especially for a great cause!
