Opt-out deadline approaching: release of student information to recruiters

Parents wishing to exercise their option to withhold consent to the release of student information to military recruiters and/or institutions of higher learning must submit a written request to the Guidance Office no later than Friday, September 22, 2017. Read announcement and download form

WHS Fall Blood Drive set for Sept. 20

Watervliet High School will host its annual Fall Blood Drive on Wednesday, September 20 from 8:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. in the small gym. According to the Red Cross the need for blood is urgent at this time due to Hurricane Harvey (and now potentially Hurricane Irma). Please consider donating! The Pivot Program for all ninth-grade students will begin on the first day of school Wednesday, Sept. 6.
