Deadline to return completed forms is Friday, Sept. 30
A reminder that all students must complete an Acceptable Use/Social Media Policy form annually to use school district computers and technology.
Important dates and information to keep in mind
The Acceptable Use/Social Media Policy forms will be distributed to students during English classes on Monday, Sept. 19.
Students and their parent’s/guardian’s signatures are required on the last page. Only the last page (with signatures) needs to be returned.
Please remember that these forms must be completed and returned by Friday, Sept. 30. Students who do not submit a signed form will have his/her computer & Google accounts “locked″ until the form is received.
