Rules for home football games

To ensure student safety at high school football games, Watervliet school district officials are implementing the following rules for student fans who attend home games:

bullet graphicStudents in grade 6 or younger MUST be accompanied by a supervising adult or they will not be admitted to the football game. An adult is defined as a parent, a coach, a grandparent or a guardian.

bullet graphicNo one is allowed into the game after halftime.

bullet graphicNo re-entry is allowed for patrons or fans who leave the stadium at any point during the game.

We want to be respectful of our student athletes, our cheerleaders and all patrons who attend our football games, said Watervliet Athletic Director Michael Foust. We also want everyone to enjoy home games in a safe and orderly environment.
Admission to football games is $3 for all adults and $1 for all students.
