Facilities use information
Are you interested in using WCSD facilities for a meeting or event for your organization? Please read the following information to learn more about how to request and reserve our facilities.
Anyone requesting the use of school facilities should submit the facility request form to the appropriate school administrator. All requests will be scheduled by priority (listed below). Copies of the facility request form are available in the main office of each building, or can be downloaded here. (pdf file). We also recommend viewing a copy of our full Facilities Scheduling Policy (pdf file) and our Energy Conservation Guidelines (.pdf files).
Priority of Use (appropriate insurance required)
1. School activities (concerts,
athletic events, award nights, and open house)
2. School-sponsored activities (dances, curriculum-supporting events,
fundraising to
support school activities)
3. Community activities that directly affect and support district
students
4. Community service groups (Rotary, Lions, senior citizen groups)
5. Community groups (aerobics classes, adult athletic teams)
6. All other activities (district resident use only); no non-resident
use of any facilities
will be allowed.
** If any event, in the district’s opinion, requires equipment set up, clean up, or security, there will be a fee that the sponsor of the activity will be charged.
