A five-member Board of Education, elected by residents of the Watervliet City School District, is responsible for policies and regulations governing public education in the district. Each member serves a three-year term without pay. The superintendent of schools is the chief executive officer of the board. Board meetings are open to the public and are held at 7 p.m. on the third Tuesday of the month in the Watervliet Jr.-Sr. High School auditorium. Find agendas and minutes at right.
