Are you new to the district?

Student registration for Watervliet schools is completed by appointment only at the district’s Central Registration Office, located at Watervliet Junior-Senior High School. To schedule an appointment, call 629-3204 or email Kristin Fera.

To expedite the registration process, we encourage parents or guardians to call ahead to arrange to pick up a registration packet from the Registration Office or the packets are available for download through the links below:

Please complete one packet per child being registered and bring the completed forms along with the required residency documents — see the list of items below — with you to your registration appointment. Without the listed documentation, we will not be able to complete the registration process.

Watervliet Universal Pre-Kindergarten: UPK students are registered through the UPK Office. Please call 629-3263 for more information.

Watervliet Elementary School:

Be sure to bring the following documentation with you:

• Birth certificate

• Proof of residency (Certificate of Occupancy, Mortgage and tax statements)

• Proof of custody

• Health records (immunizations)

If you have school records from your child's previous schools, including medical records, please bring them although we can obtain that information once you are registered.

Watervliet Junior-Senior High School:

Be sure to bring the following documentation with you:

• Birth certificate

• Student's Social Security Card (optional)

• Proof of residency (Certificate of Occupancy, Mortgage and tax statements)

• Proof of custody

• Academic records from child's previous school(s)

• Health records (immunizations)
