Are you new to the district?

We now have a Central Registration Office for the district, located at WJSHS. To help save time, please print out this form (PDF document), fill it in and bring it with you when you come to register.

Watervliet Universal Pre-Kindergarten:

UPK students are registered through the UPK Office. Please call 629-3263 for more information.

Watervliet Elementary School:

Be sure to bring the following documentation with you:

• Birth certificate

• Proof of residency (Certificate of Occupancy, Mortgage and tax statements)

• Proof of custody

• Health records (immunizations)

If you have school records from your child's previous schools, including medical records, please bring them although we can obtain that information once you are registered.

Watervliet Junior-Senior High School:

Be sure to bring the following documentation with you:

• Birth certificate

• Student's Social Security Card (optional)

• Proof of residency (Certificate of Occupancy, Mortgage and tax statements)

• Proof of custody

• Academic records from child's previous school(s)

• Health records (immunizations)
