The meeting was opened at 7:33 A.M., with Vice President Sheri Senecal officiating.
General
On a motion by Heather Soroka, seconded by Mary Beth Whited and unanimously accepted, the Board approved the 2021 – 2022 BOCES Administrative Budget in the amount of $12,199,555, as recommended by the Superintendent.
On a motion by Heather Soroka, seconded by Mary Beth Whited and unanimously accepted, the Board elected the following candidates to serve on the BOCES Board of Education, as recommended by the Superintendent:
• Brian Backus, Niskayuna Central School District
• Lynne Lenhart, Bethlehem Central School District
Adjournment
On a motion by Timothy Delisle, seconded by Heather Soroka and unanimously accepted, the Board adjourned the meeting at 7:34 a.m.
