1. Resolved that the Board approve the 2022 – 2023 BOCES Administrative Budget in the amount of $12,279,275, as recommended by the Superintendent.
2. Resolved that the Board elect Kevin Kutzscher, Sharon Springs Central School District, to serve on the BOCES Board of Education, for the term July 1, 2022 through June 30, 2025, as recommended by the Superintendent.
3. Resolved that the Board elect Heather Soroka, Watervliet City School District, to serve on the BOCES Board of Education, for the term July 1, 2022 through June 30, 2025, as recommended by the Superintendent.
4. Resolved that the Board elect Matthew Tedeschi, Berne-Knox-Westerlo Central School District, to serve on the BOCES Board of Education, for the term July 1, 2022 through June 30, 2025, as recommended by the Superintendent.
5. Resolved that the Board elect Bruce Tryon, Cobleskill-Richmondville Central School District, to serve on the BOCES Board of Education, for the term July 1, 2022 through June 30, 2025, as recommended by the Superintendent
