The meeting was opened at 7:03 p.m., with Vice President Sheri Senecal officiating.
Executive Session
On a motion by Timothy Delisle, seconded by Heather Soroka and unanimously accepted, the Board entered into executive session at 7:04 p.m. to discuss matters related to the evaluation of the Superintendent.
Adjourn Executive Session and Reconvene
On a motion by Heather Soroka, seconded by Mary Beth Whited and unanimously accepted, the Board adjourned executive session and reconvened the meeting at 8:17 p.m., for the purposes of receiving and certifying the election, budget vote and school bus proposition results.
Receive & Certify Election and Budget Vote Results
On a motion by Timothy Delisle, seconded by Heather Soroka and unanimously accepted, the Board received and certified the vote for the election of two Board Members for the Board of Education, one for a three-year term commencing July 1, 2022 and expiring June 30, 2025, and one for a two-year term commencing July 1, 2022 and expiring June 30, 2024, and received and certified the results of the school district budget vote and school bus lease, as recommended by the Superintendent.
