Salary: Contract based on experience
Minimum Qualifications:
- NYS certification: School District Leader (SDL); School District Administrator (SDA).
- Ability to compile data from a wide variety of diversified sources for the purposes of preparing reports, making recommendations and/or preparing information.
- Ability to promote a shared vision for academic improvement between both. schools as well as collaborating with administrators, teachers and support staff.
- Possess knowledge of PK-12 curriculum and Instructional Assessment
- Ability to train teachers as well as executing in-service training and workshops.
- Must demonstrate a clear understanding of the preparation/presentation of studies, data and reports critical to effective decision-making in assigned areas of responsibility.
- Possess the ability to desegregate/oversee all data submitted to NYSED
- Ability to assist in the selection, assignment, transfer, promotion, evaluation and dismissal of instructional staff.
- Ability to assist in the development, implementation and evaluation of programs designed to meet the ongoing professional growth needs of certified staff members.
- Provide oversight of District’s grant applications and subsequent implementation.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Superintendent of Schools.
