Salary: Per WAA contract
Minimum Qualifications:
- New York State SAS, SBL, SDA, or SDL administrative certification is required.
- NYS valid Lead Evaluator certification required.
- Must possess strong instructional leadership qualities, as well as the ability to cultivate best practices in the classroom.
- Knowledge of NYSED mandates for secondary students and Next Generation Learning Standards.
- Ability to create an environment characterized by high expectations, accountability, respect and integrity.
- Supervisor or School Building Leadership experience preferred.
- Ability to work with students/staff from diverse backgrounds.
- Strong communication, collaboration and organizational skills.
- Ability to demonstrate job expectations.
