The meeting was opened at 6:36 p.m., with President Senecal officiating.

Executive Session

On a motion by Timothy Delisle, seconded by Sheri Senecal and unanimously accepted, the Board entered into executive session at 6:36 p.m. to discuss an appeal of the suspension of a particular person.

Adjourn Executive Session and Reconvene

On a motion by Timothy Delisle, seconded by Sheri Senecal and unanimously accepted, the Board adjourned executive session and reconvened the meeting at 8:30 p.m..

On a motion by Timothy Delisle, seconded by Brian White and unanimously accepted, the Board resolved, upon consideration of the matter in executive session, that the appeal concerning the discipline of a particular student is denied.

Receive & Certify Election and Budget Vote Results

On a motion by Timothy Delisle, seconded by Mary Beth Whited and unanimously accepted, the Board received and certified the vote for the election of two Board Members for the Board of Education, for a three-year term commencing July 1, 2023 and expiring June 30, 2026, and received and certified the results of the school district budget vote and school bus lease, as recommended by the Superintendent.

The results are as follows:
