Position: Grade 4 long term substitute teachers
Location: Watervliet Elementary School
Dates: April-May 2023 & May-June 2023
Salary: $150.00 per diem
Minimum Qualifications
- Current NYS Teaching Certification required.
- Knowledge and experience in teaching elementary children
- Ability to work with students/staff in varied social/cultural backgrounds.
- Ability to demonstrate job expectations.
- Appointment subject to fingerprint clearance.
Job Description
Please know that the person(s) selected for these long-term positions shall possess the ability to interpret, develop and implement teacher-directed lesson plans. They will be well versed in the NYS Next Generation Learning standards. They will be responsible for grading as well as communicating with students and their parents regularly.
