One Call Now

The Watervliet City School District uses a web-based messaging system called “One Call Now” to notify parents of important district news and information regarding school events and activities, as well as school closings and/or early dismissals, via phone, email and text message.

This system automatically integrates contact information including phone numbers and email addresses from the district’s student management system, E-School Data, for parents/guardians of every student enrolled in Watervliet schools. It is important for parents and guardians to make sure the district has your most current contact information, including landline and cell numbers, as well as email addresses. If your contact information has changed recently and needs to be updated, please call the district registrar Danielle Mele at 518-629-3204 or send an email to: dmele@vlietschools.org.

Community members who do not have children enrolled in school but wish to receive announcements from the district and/or schools should email your name, email address and phone numbers to the district’s communications specialist to register for the One Call Now service. Please be sure to indicate if you would like to receive district news and announcements by phone, through email, via text or all three notification methods.

If you receive a message on a device that you do not wish to receive the message on, please wait until the end of the message or text and select opt out.
