The Watervliet Civic Center operates a before-and-after school childcare program based at Watervliet Elementary School. The district will work with the executive director of the Watervliet Civic Center to ensure that Centers for Disease Control, New York State Department of Health and New York State Education Department guidelines are followed in the event there is space to run the program in the elementary school this year.
