Fifth-grader captures top spot in annual spelling bee

After correctly spelling the word “occupy,” fifth-grader Joshua Wright edged out his competitors to occupy the top spot as the 2024 WES Spelling Bee champion! Students, staff dress in blue to honor memory of sixth-grader

Many students, teachers and staff across the district dressed in blue today to pay tribute to sixth-grade student Qwan Tamah who passed away from injuries sustained in an accident over the December break. Winter Sports Update: Wrestler makes history, boys basketball victorious in tourney
