Watervliet Elementary School held a lockdown drill that began at approximately 10:20 a.m. today — Tuesday, April 12.
A lockdown is one of several safety drills that occur during the school year to provide students and staff the opportunity to practice emergency procedures.
Thanks to the Watervliet Police and Watervliet Fire departments for assisting with today’s drill.
