We have learned of the following positive cases of COVID-19 in our school community since our last update on Friday, April 8:
- One (1) from Watervliet Elementary School, and
- Two (2) from Watervliet Jr.-Sr. High School.

Important reminders
Watervliet schools will be closed for spring break starting tomorrow – Friday, April 15 through Friday, April 22.
Also, please remember that the New York State math testing for grades 3-8 students will take place Tuesday, April 26 through Thursday, April 28. As always, we encourage students to do their best on the state assessments, which provide valuable information that can help our educators improve instruction and student learning.
We wish a restful and safe April break for our students, families and staff and we look forward to welcoming you all back when classes resume on Monday, April 25. Thank you!
