A dozen students from Watervliet Jr.-Sr. High School attended the SAANYS Region 6 Leadership Breakfast at Van Patten Country Club in Clifron Park on Wednesday, May 22. The students were selected by their class advisers and school leaders based on their leadership in and out of school.
WHS seniors Jane Place and Angelina Rodriguez were each awarded $500 scholarships for college at the event in recognition of their academic achievements, extracurricular activities and service to community.
