Feb. 22 COVID-19 Update: One new positive case confirmed in the WJSHS community

We have been notified that an individual participating in athletic practices at Watervliet Jr.-Sr. High School over the February break has tested positive for COVID-19. Contact tracing is underway and the athletic coordinator is reaching out to all individuals who are considered contacts about the need to quarantine as a safety precaution.

Due to privacy laws, we cannot provide any additional information about the individual who tested positive or those in quarantine.
